Lovely place and Matt is super helpful - highly recommend walking to Grove Ferry and getting picked up by canoe wild who will drive you to canoe down why river Stour for about 2.5 hours! The walks around the campsite are serene and the lodge is super cosy to retreat to in the evening with everything you could need.

Liked: Easy access to the sites which are big. They have clean facilities and access to supplies. Logs for £10 which were big and burnt nicely.

Liked: the owners were super helpful, even with our late night arrival. The facilities were plenty and well kept. The campsite was quiet because it was in the winter, but I imagine it would be comfortable even in a busier summer season.
